The hotel is not new but is very nicely kept and the apartments are big and comfortable, in a prime location and with an excellent breakfast.

Location is amazing, there is a churrascaría right behind it, the mall and the tv antena just 10 minute walk and very safe. Breakfast with lots of options Great value!

Breakfast was wonderful, with omelets and tapioca pancake freshly prepared on order. I only missed whole grain bread. Location could not be better. Very good value for money.

it was so nice at kubitschek plaza. the staff was always so friendly and helpful, we got a big room with a great view (upgrade for only 50R$/night) which was always clean and well equipped. the breakfast was also wonderful, many fruits and pastries, and they prepared fresh omelettes/tapiocas for us. the gym was also good.

Excelent Overall Experience !! Location , Facilities , Services , Breakfast , all excellent. Public Parking available nearby, Restaurants , Shopping Centers and Stores within walking distance !

Amazing place, with exceptionally competent and friendly staff. Spacious room. The best hotel breakfast we had in years. Good gym. Nice pool
